ChinaNetCloud's Continual Training Allows Constant Improvement

NetCloud considers training one of the most important aspects of our business. Every senior engineer spends 20% of their time on developing training materials and training junior engineers. And every engineer receives some form of training every week.

Most companies try to train everyone in everything, so most people only know the basics of any one technology. We are the reverse, as we heavily train even junior engineers to be experts in a few areas - we teach them everything there is to know about these areas, so they can provide the best support every day. More importantly, they can both avoid problems before they happen and fix the few that do occur.

Constant and continuous training is an important part of our success.We continually train and update our employees on every modern technology and this training is also available to our clients. Most training materials are available for free in our on-line training library. We are also happy to share our training materials with our customers to help improve their team's knowledge.
