Steve Mushero

Founder & CEO, CTO

Steve Mushero has over 20 years of technology management experience across a wide range of industries in international contexts.  He previously served as CTO at Tudou (China), Intermind, New Vine Logistics, and Advanced Management Systems, as Chief Architect at Beyond Access Communications, and AirReview. and advisor on many global projects including for the World Health Organization in Geneva, Grameen Bank Foundation, and Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Mushero has a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and an MBA from RPI and International University of Japan. He is focused on building technology, products, and companies.  He holds numerous patents in digital data exchange and has written a book on Globalization and Trade.

James Eron

Founder & COO

James Eron co-founded ChinaNetCloud in 2008 and has served as Chief Operating Officer ever since.  Mr. Eron has over 15 years of technology and management consulting experience in the Silicon Valley, Japan, and China.  As a Senior Manager for Bearing Point Management Consulting's Shanghai office, he managed business development and local project delivery teams for financial service clients.  Mr. Eron has also held senior sales and operations positions in Chinese and US venture companies, including managing a successful merger. 

Mr. Eron has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
